AI To You Consulting

Not sure which AI tools are worth it? I'll show you what helps your team most, and how to use it.

I'm Shayne. I start by listening to how your team works and what you do every day. Then I show you which tools would help most, including ones you may already be using, and walk you through everything you need to know, step by step, so the work you already have to do gets simpler.

For small healthcare practices (administrative work only) and online stores. Remote, anywhere in the U.S.

I build with AI. I teach it in plain English.

An AI tool people useI built and run one with 250+ monthly users.

Published softwareOpen-source AI libraries with 1,000+ downloads.

Hands-on, daily40+ public projects, and research on where AI goes wrong.

Having AI isn't the hard part. Using it well is.

Most small teams don't need more tools. They need someone to sort out what's worth using and show them how.

So many tools. Which ones?

Between the ads, the apps, and the advice, sorting out what's worth using becomes its own job. I show you what actually helps with the work you do.

What would I even use it for?

Hard to start when nobody maps your day to a tool. We start with what your team already has to do.

More time learning than saving

If a tool takes hours to figure out, it isn't saving you anything. And a tool you already pay for may be doing a fraction of what it can. I teach it step by step, on your own tasks, so it's quick to learn.

Can I trust it?

Wrong prices, part numbers, dates, and nobody wants to paste customer details into the wrong place. You get a short checking habit and one rule on what never goes in.

73% of owners in a Goldman Sachs survey say more training would help, and in other small business surveys accuracy and privacy rank among the top worries.

We start with your day.

No slide decks and no jargon. I listen to what your team does every week, then show you what actually helps.

Pricing depends on your team and goals. After the free intro call, I'll propose a price that fits, and you decide.

How it works

  1. I listen. You tell me what your team does every day and where the time goes. No prep needed.
  2. I show you what would help most.Maybe one new tool, maybe a few, maybe a tool you already use but not to its full potential. If a template or spreadsheet works better, I'll say so.
  3. We go through it together, step by step.I walk your team through everything they need to know, on your real work, in plain language, until it's easy.
  4. You keep the steps.A short written guide for your own tasks, including what to check and what never to paste in.

Fair questions.

Will this just be more work for me?

Very little. You tell me about your day and I work out what would help. We practice together so your team can use it right away.

Wouldn't a template or spreadsheet do?

Sometimes, yes. I'll recommend the simplest thing that works, even when it isn't AI, or when it's a tool you already have.

How do I know it'll pay off for us?

That's what the free intro is for. I listen, and I tell you honestly which tools, if any, are worth it for your jobs, before you pay anything.

What if nobody uses it afterward?

You leave with a short written guide for your own tasks, not a slide deck. A check-in after a few weeks is available.

Two kinds of small teams I work with.

Healthcare practices: front desk and office teams

Dental, therapy, medical, and wellness practices, administrative work only. I'll show your team what's fine to use AI for, and what never goes in.

  • Website, newsletter, and social copy
  • Replies to online reviews
  • Job posts and staff training materials
  • Plain-language summaries of public insurer policies
  • Internal procedures and checklists

Small online stores and brands

I'll find where your team spends its week, show you which tools would help, and walk you through them, so product copy and customer replies keep your real details and still sound like you.

  • Product descriptions with your specs intact
  • Support reply templates and FAQs
  • Email and SMS campaigns
  • Listing cleanup
  • Weekly reporting summaries

Healthcare workshops never use patient information.

Most consumer AI tools aren't set up for patient data, and the risk comes from whether information identifies a person, not from the task itself. So the rule is simple, and your team learns it first.

Fine to use AI for

  • Marketing, website copy, and review replies
  • Job posts and training materials
  • Generic handouts a clinician reviews
  • Summaries of public policies

Never goes into an AI tool

  • Names, birth dates, record numbers
  • Anything about a specific patient
  • Appointment or billing details tied to a person
  • Photos or documents containing any of the above

I teach practical habits. I'm not a lawyer and don't give legal or compliance advice, so check your policies with your own compliance advisor.

Shayne Goldstein

I build with AI, so I can explain it to anyone.

I'm Shayne Goldstein. I study Computer Science at Elon University, and I've been building AI systems since I was 15. I know how these tools work under the hood, and I explain them in plain language, so you don't need a technical background.

Why does it sound so sure when it's wrong?

By default, it writes likely-sounding text from patterns. It isn't checking facts, so a confident tone doesn't mean it's right. That's why we build in a check.

Why is it so generic?

With little to go on, it gives the most average answer. Give it your details, your examples, and how you talk, and it has something specific to work from.

Is it safe to paste that in?

It depends on the tool and the plan. Some use what you type to improve their products and some don't, and some information shouldn't go into any of them. I'll show you where your line is.

I've also helped a local business owner automate email and data-analysis workflows with AI, and worked as a remote data science intern building a web-scraping pipeline and using AI models to clean up inconsistent records. Presidential Scholar, Elon University. Harvard CS50 AI with Python.

Tell me what your team does all day.

I'll reply within one business day and set up a free call to hear more about your day.
